Article 1 - This contract concerns the rental of the gîte (Au Cœur Du Verger, 21 Rue de Zinswiller 67110 OBERBRONN). This is a house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, a laundry room, a garage, a terrace and a independent garden.
